Self-registration and manual add
Most programs use both: manual add for partners you already know, self-registration to scale. There is no bulk CSV import.
Partners apply through a form you build, get approved into a campaign, and then work from a portal that carries your logo and colors. You add known partners by hand or let applicants find you.
What it is
The affiliate journey has a front door and a workspace. The registration form is the first impression and the only place you screen partners before approving them. After approval, affiliates live in the portal, where they grab their link, watch sales come in and see their payouts.
You control both surfaces. The form builder lets you choose fields, labels and required fields. The portal takes your color, title, logo and favicon, a guide for new affiliates and translations. An optional identifier bar on your store tells shoppers arriving from an affiliate link who sent them.
For your customers
01
They fill your registration form and land as Pending, or you add them manually and assign a campaign.
02
Approved affiliates get a unique link code and an optional personal coupon. Setting approval to Immediately admits new registrations to the default campaign.
03
They get their link, read your guide and add a payment method.
04
If you turned on the identifier bar, shoppers see a message naming the affiliate, such as You're shopping with Jane Doe.
05
The portal shows their orders and commissions. Buyer emails are partly hidden.

FAQ
Yes. They apply through your registration form and land in your dashboard as Pending, unless you set approval to Immediately. During an unusual burst of sign-ups, BLOOP holds the extra applications as pending so a bot wave cannot fill your program.
There is no bulk CSV import of affiliates in the affiliate roster. Affiliates join by manual add or self-registration. The App Store listing mentions importing referral and affiliate data as a Premium feature.
An approved affiliate needs a campaign to earn. Only affiliates approved automatically at registration get the default campaign, so assign one when you approve by hand.
They see the orders they drove, but buyer emails are partly hidden and the Shopify customer ID is not shared.
