Three commission types
Percentage of sales, fix per order and fix per item. Product-specific rates support percentage or fix per item.
Each affiliate belongs to one campaign that holds the commission structure. The default campaign pays 15% with a 30-day cookie, and you can change both.
What it is
A campaign uses one of three commission types: percentage of sales, a fixed amount per order, or a fixed amount per item. The commission structure runs in basic mode with one rate, or advanced (tiered) mode where the rate depends on the order total. You can also override the rate for individual products with percentage or fixed per item.
What the rate applies to is a separate decision. You can exclude products, discounts, shipping, taxes and tips, and set a maximum commission per customer. Every sale stores a snapshot of the rule that applied, so you can always see why the commission came out the way it did.
For your customers
01
The click is attributed to the affiliate for the cookie window, 30 days by default.
02
When the order reaches the point you chose (Paid by default, or Fulfilled), BLOOP records a sale and calculates the commission.
03
It starts Pending, or Approved if you set order approval to Immediately. A sale where the buyer's email matches the affiliate's own is always held as pending.
04
Approve what is real revenue after the return window, and reject cancelled or returned orders.
05
A cancelled or fully refunded order revokes the commission, a partial refund recalculates it, and a commission already paid is never touched.

Read the guide →In Affiliate, Settings, Order Settings, choose Paid or Fulfilled, and revoke on cancel, refund or both.
Read the guide →Options you control
Percentage of sales, fix per order and fix per item. Product-specific rates support percentage or fix per item.
Example: 10% on orders, 15% from $100 and 20% from $250. A $180 order earns 15%, so the commission is $27.
Exclude products or collections, discounts, shipping, taxes and tips from the commission base.
Example: with a cap of $100 per customer, a first order paying $60 and a second paying $60 yields $60, then only $40.
Set per campaign. Longer windows suit considered purchases and shorter ones keep attribution close to the click.
Run different economics for different partner groups. One campaign is always the default.

FAQ
The default campaign uses a 15% percentage commission and a 30-day cookie. BLOOP's guide calls 15% a starting point to confirm against your own margin, not a rate to ship blind.
Yes, as an override on the campaign rate for listed products, using percentage or fix per item. The option is gated by plan, and on lower plans the campaign rate applies to all products.
A fully refunded or cancelled order revokes the commission under your revoke setting, and a partial refund recalculates on what the customer kept. A commission already paid is never revoked, so approve after your return window.
Example: a $50 product with $20 cost has $30 profit. Giving away a quarter to a third of that is $7.50 to $10, which is a 15% to 20% commission.
