The program
The Lawn Pack runs a double-sided referral program in BLOOP. The customer who refers and the friend they invite each get 15% off. The friend’s 15% applies to one-time purchase products.
Results
Since the first referral order in August 2025, the program has produced 218 orders and £15,021 in referral revenue, an average of £69 per order.
Of the 311 friends who received the 15% reward, 140 used it (45%). Referral revenue kept growing: in the last six full months (March to August 2026) it reached £10,836 across 161 orders, compared with £2,135 across 25 orders in the six months before.
40 referred friends placed a further 61 orders after their first referral order.
Referral revenue is the total value of orders attributed to BLOOP referrals, excluding cancelled and refunded orders, in pounds sterling. Figures are current to 29 September 2026.
