1. Agreement to Terms
By installing and using Bloop Referral & Affiliate App (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App
2. Services Provided
Bloop provides Shopify merchants with tools to create, manage, and track referral and affiliate programs.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You must have a valid Shopify store.
4. Merchant Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Shopify’s policies and applicable laws.
Provide accurate payout information to affiliates.
Manage and approve affiliates fairly.
Prevent misuse or fraudulent activities.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promote the merchant’s store truthfully and ethically.
Avoid spam, misleading claims, or prohibited advertising methods.
Respect intellectual property rights of the merchant and Bloop.
6. Payments & Commissions
Bloop tracks referrals and commissions automatically.
Merchants are solely responsible for paying affiliates.
Bloop may provide payout automation tools, but does not guarantee payment.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Reverse-engineer or tamper with the App.
Exploit bugs or loopholes to gain unfair benefits.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bloop is not responsible for:
Loss of revenue due to incorrect program setup.
Disputes between merchants and affiliates.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
